Speaker Series: Long COVID care in primary care

This publication summarises a presentation by Dr Jenny Huang on the diagnosis and management of long COVID (also referred to as post-acute sequelae of coronavirus disease-2019 [PASC]) in primary care, delivered at the 2025 Goodfellow Symposium in Auckland in March. Dr Huang acknowledged the lived and living experience of people with PASC, other chronic health conditions, trauma, neurodiversity, mental health challenges, substance use or addiction, disability, family violence, and their families, carers and supporters. Dr Huang and colleagues are grateful for the contribution of their patients who have shared their perspectives and contributed as equal and active partners in improving the health of all people.
